Because our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology:

  • Slight layer lines, surface textures, or minor cosmetic variations are normal.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and filament manufacturing differences.
  • Measurements are approximate.

These characteristics do not constitute product defects.

3. Toy Safety

Our products should always be used responsibly.

Customers should inspect products before each use.

Discontinue use immediately if a product becomes cracked, broken, or develops loose parts.

Unless otherwise stated, products containing small parts are not intended for children under 4 years of age due to potential choking hazards.

Adult supervision is recommended whenever young children use our products.

Products should not be exposed to excessive heat, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or open flames, as PLA and other 3D printing materials may soften or deform.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any order.
  • Refuse service.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Correct pricing errors.

If your payment has already been processed for a canceled order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

6. Shipping

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers in accordance with applicable law.

7. Returns & Refunds

At Toymakers 3D , all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Color preference
  • Orders placed by mistake

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at print.toymakers3D.com. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another remedy consistent with applicable law.

We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these requirements or are made outside the stated time frame.
